can someone please explain to me how a 72 year old man can collapse in the bathroom, losing consciousness for eight hours and bleeding profusely from his nose until the place looks like a murder scene, wake up with the entire right side of his body in firelike pain and his left eye bloodshot, go to the hospital for a CT scan and other sundry tests, and have the hospital results come back stating he's perfectly fine and so they discharge him to take the bus home alone?
